Kenneth Miller, 61, was arrested by investigators after he was indicted by a Pike County Grand Jury in April, according to Attorney General Jim Hood.

Miller is accused of exploiting more than $16,000 from an “impaired, elderly victim.”

Miller was booked into the Pike County jail.  No bond has been set.  Miller was indicted as a habitual offender and, if convicted, faces up to 10 years behind bars without the possibility of parole.
